The Joyous Jar began in early 2020 — not by design, but by determination. When the pandemic made steady employment uncertain, Natasha channelled a genuine love of baking into something real, with her partner quietly by her side for support. What started as a hobby quickly earned a reputation that spread far beyond their kitchen.
Every batch is marinated for a minimum of one day. Premium Belgian chocolate and high-quality butter are non-negotiables — expensive, yes, but never substituted. Every order is baked fresh to fulfil, never made in bulk.
